Selva Wellness Collective is a BIPOC, Woman, & Queer-Owned holistic group practice located in central Austin off W 6th Street. Our team consists of therapists, a psychiatric nurse, and alternative wellness practitioners offering a comprehensive approach to mental, emotional, and spiritual health. We blend Western, Eastern, and Indigenous philosophies and specialize in trauma-informed care, Gender Affirming Care, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, couples counseling, and more. Position Overview
The Holistic Health Clinician at Selva Wellness Collective provides integrative, evidence-based wellness services to a diverse clientele seeking a root-cause approach to health. This role is designed for practitioners specializing in modalities such as EFT Tapping, Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, or other holistic disciplines. As part of our collaborative ecosystem, you will work alongside clinical therapists and other providers to offer a seamless, whole-person healing experience.
Responsibilities
- Integrative Service Delivery: Provide high-quality virtual and on-site holistic health services (e.g., EFT, Acupuncture, Functional Medicine consultations) in alignment with company standards.
- Caseload Management: Maintain the agreed-upon weekly average of client sessions (e.g., 20-25 sessions) as outlined in your contract.
- Administrative Excellence: Complete accurate client records in a timely manner and maintain all relevant certifications and ethical standards. Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Collaborative Care: Communicate effectively with a client's broader treatment team to ensure a cohesive and supportive wellness plan.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain regular and reliable attendance with prompt, professional communication.
- Collaborative Participation: Participate in community outreach, networking events, workshops, and continuing education to support the collective's mission and visibility.
- Professional Conduct: Abide by all Texas state laws, HIPAA regulations, and professional codes of ethics. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in all shared office spaces.
Qualifications and Skills
- Credentials: Appropriate certifications, degrees, or completed apprenticeships specific to your holistic specialty.
- Professional Experience: Prior professional experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as agreed upon.
