Ana Maria Rodriguez, MS, LPC, is the founder of Selva Wellness Collective and the creator of the Selva Method. A licensed clinical mental health therapist with over 12 years of experience at the deepest levels of trauma, attachment, and identity work, she built one of the most sought after practices in her field before expanding her work into psychological advising, executive performance, and high-stakes personal transformation.
She works with founders, athletes, executives, and high-visibility leaders who have done the work and are ready for the work beneath the work. Her approach draws from evidence-based clinical psychology, somatic intelligence, and ancestral healing traditions - held together by a rare ability to see the full architecture of a person and know exactly where the real work begins.
Selva Wellness Collective remains the clinical foundation of everything Ana does - a boutique practice in Austin, Texas, built on the belief that excellence and access are not in conflict.
