The Retreat was absolutely amazing. I really didn’t know what any of that was going to mean but I knew if Concetta was a part of it that it was going to be great. I thought I would keep to myself a little and have some good experiences but it was so much more. I have never felt such collective healing before, it was so beautiful for me to be a part of. The women there became like family in such a short amount of time. Like we were old souls reunited to help heal our wounds. The group meditations and the group exercises we did were so powerful in my healing journey and helped me release some things I hadn’t even known I needed to. Concetta and Ana did an incredible job of holding space for us and making us all feel so at ease. Their spiritual gifts will forever be appreciated. The location was also magical, it felt like our own little cocoon of love and protection away from the world. A place where you could feel the positive, protective energy all around you. I didn’t want to leave!
Concetta and Ana led an incredibly warm, fulfilling, and sacred retreat. I had no expectations going into this triple goddess experience, and emerged from it deeply connected to myself and the woman I am growing into. The trusting energy of the other women on this retreat truly allowed me to open, to give, receive, and transmute what I experienced into real tangible shifts. We couldn’t have asked for a better space to hold us during this work; Mixto was a peaceful paradise with the kindest staff, the most delicious food, and beautifully designed yoga and sleeping spaces. I loved every minute of my time here, and believe that all women would benefit from this profound experience.
