We believe in making care accessible. Select clinicians offer a sliding scale based on availability. Inquire during your consultation to see if current openings are available.

In-Network Benefits

While some services and clinicians are strictly private pay, select clinicians are in-network with the following panels:

Aetna

Optum / United Healthcare

Please note: Insurance is not accepted for Couples & Partner Therapy, Holistic Services, and KAP Medicine Sits.

Financial Responsibility

Before using your insurance, please keep the following in mind:

  • Insurance benefits are estimates, not guarantees
  • Clients are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance
  • Changes in insurance coverage must be reported promptly
  • Balances resulting from denied or adjusted claims remain the client's responsibility

Out-of-Network Benefits

If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide you with a "Superbill" for potential out-of-network reimbursement upon request for qualifying services (such as Individual Therapy, KAP Preparation and Integration, Somatic Experiencing, and Dry Needling).

Additionally, all of our providers accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
