Couples & Partner Therapy

Group Therapy

EMDR Therapy

EMDR Intensives
A focused, accelerated path to healing. Our EMDR Intensives offer extended 2-3 hour sessions or multi-day personalized experiences designed to help you move through stuck memories, trauma patterns, and nervous system overwhelm at a deeper pace than weekly therapy allows. These intensives combine EMDR with grounding, somatic tools, and guided integration so you can process more fully and leave with a sense of clarity, regulation, and emotional relief. Ideal for clients who want concentrated support, are navigating a major life moment, or feel ready for a meaningful shift in a shorter amount of time.
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing is a body-focused therapeutic approach that helps you reconnect with your nervous system and release stored stress and trauma. Working collaboratively with a therapist, you’ll engage in grounding practices, nervous system regulation, mind-body awareness and holistic healing.
Hypnosis
