Anyone feeling the effects of seasonal change — dryness, restlessness, busy mind, or low energy — and seeking simple, natural practices to restore balance.
Participants will leave with practical tools (meal ideas, rituals, lifestyle tips) and embodied experience (grounding practices + seasonal nourishment) to carry into the weeks ahead.

Food as Medicine — learn which autumn foods keep you nourished (think root vegetables, warming grains, spiced teas) and receive a sample day plan to take home.
Lifestyle & Ritual Practices — discover simple daily rhythms to reduce restlessness and dryness: early winding down, self-oil massage, grounding movement, journaling.
Mini Autumn Ritual — a guided practice to release what no longer serves and invite in steadiness for the months ahead.
