About Me

Emma grew up on a small farm in Massachusetts and still carry a love for cultivating plants—each one unique in its needs, much like people. That adaptability continues to shape how I approach mental health care.

I moved to Austin in 2008 and quickly fell in love with the heart and culture of this city. Along the way, I worked in multiple maternity units and community mental health settings, supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

My curiosity led me to explore innovative treatments, and I now specialize in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, integrating evidence-based medicine with a holistic lens to help people find true healing.

Warm, Open-minded, Laid-back, Grounded

  • I work with anyone feeling “stuck” and seeking support on their path toward greater clarity, healing, and overall wellness. I have a particular interest in supporting men’s mental health, addressing the unique challenges that arise when cultural expectations discourage emotional expression and vulnerability. I also support women navigating fertility concerns or midlife transitions, professionals managing stress and change, and members of the LGBTQ+ community seeking affirming, compassionate care.

Personal

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me soaking up the Texas sunshine — swimming in hidden local swimming holes, cycling around Austin (when the heat allows!), or hiking with my adventurous 10-year-old Australian Shepherd, Henry. At home, I recharge by tending to my garden and cooking with my partner, and I love exploring new places and cultures through travel. Staying active, connected, and curious fuels both my personal joy and the passion I bring into my work
