EMDR, KETAMINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPYAna is the founder and clinical supervisor of Selva Wellness Collective. She specializes in clients with PTSD, trauma & addiction by integrating EMDR, animal-assisted therapy, attachment theory, internal family systems, somatic experiencing and psychedelic-assisted therapy alongside traditional talk therapy. Ana's approach combines clinical mental health counseling and neuroscience with mindfulness, somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, and energy healing. Ana's dedication extends beyond the clinical setting through leading workshops and international retreats, practicing reiki mastery, and speaking at events and conferences. Her mission is to inspire and empower individuals to transcend antiquated self-perceptions, connecting Western scientific principles with Eastern and indigenous philosophies and holistic health practices to facilitate comprehensive healing and growth.

KETAMINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPYEmma is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with an authentic curiosity and passion for mental healthcare. Emma came to work in mental health because she believes that everyone deserves hope for a better tomorrow. Through her professional and academic experiences she became acutely aware of the limitations of symptom management alone. She explored alternative options and harm reduction in novel treatments with the promise of more lasting change. She continues to offer medication management and specializes in ketamine assisted psychotherapy with the aim of addressing underlying factors of mental health disorders. Her client-centered approach makes care collaborative, educational, and non-judgmental.
Emma accepts Cigna, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance plans so clients can access the diverse and specialized services offered.

With personalized and curated packages, Jenn helps her clients by setting actionable goals to help them form sustainable habits, and learn mindfulness practices, including breathing techniques, meditation, and mindful eating, to develop awareness of their emotions and reactions, fostering lasting change. Jenn offers unlimited accountability and support throughout our time together to help you stay motivated and achieve your goals whether that be self care, sobriety, or health management. Jenn is a dedicated Health at Every Size (HAES) coach, passionately advocating for body positivity and inclusive health practices. Her approach empowers individuals to embrace their bodies and cultivate well-being, free from the constraints of conventional size standards.

She specializes in treating PTSD, trauma, and substance use disorders and process addictions by incorporating EMDR, exposure therapy, attachment theory and psychodynamic theory. She has worked at hospitals and in private practice as a psychotherapist, clinical social worker and clinical supervisor. She strives to create a safe, supportive and empowering therapeutic space and works with clients collaboratively to help them heal, grow and become a better version of themselves.

THERAPISTJourdan specializes in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, couples, and individuals navigating relationship dynamics and changes, nurturing self-compassion, and tackling feelings of shame. She works primarily using relational-cultural therapy, interpersonal process, harm reduction, interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). At the heart of her approach is a holistic focus - working with Jourdan can look like addressing challenging behavioral or relational patterns, connecting with more nervous system regulation, and understanding how external factors have impacted your experience. Jourdan leads her therapeutic work with unconditional compassion, curiosity, authenticity, and humor to cultivate effective and trusting relationships with clients.

under the supervision of Marissa Rivera, LPC-SEmery is an openly queer, transmasc, and nonbinary therapist passionate in supporting Queer and Trans People of Color (QTPOC) and the broader LGBTQ+ community. They work with adolescents and adults, specializing in areas such as the mind-body connection, neurodiversity, overcoming perfectionism, enhancing self-esteem, addressing sexuality and gender-related concerns, managing shame, navigating relationships and intimacy, and processing trauma.
Emery integrates Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology (INPB), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Queer Theory, and somatic healing methods to help clients lead whole and fulfilling lives. Their approach is rooted in anti-colonial principles, liberation, and relational therapy, aiming to empower clients within a safe, celebratory environment characterized by trust, mutuality, and open communication. In sessions, Emery is playful, warm, curious, and compassionate. They believe in the healing power of laughter and welcome witty banter, memes, and silly photos of your pets.

Psychedelic Integration PractitionerHiral is a bicultural clinical occupational therapist with a dedicated interest and passion for BIPOC mental health populations. She is an Austin, TX based occupational therapist practicing for over a decade in primarily stroke and brain injury populations in clinical, hospital and community settings. Hiral’s cancer health journey in 2010 sparked her own curiosity and interest in personal growth focusing not only on healing her physical health but also addressing, understanding and healing the underlying root cause of dis-ease and illness. Her blended approach of Eastern yogic practices, somatic experiencing, and psychedelic integration coaching, branches out into serving populations with various mental health diagnoses and co-morbidities that make her background especially unique and versatile to meeting patient and client-specific tailored goals to improve self-autonomy, independence, physical strength/endurance and mental-emotional-spiritual balance.

Specially trained by Pet Partners, Eloise is skilled at sensing emotional shifts and providing comfort, offering a unique level of non-judgmental, nurturing support during sessions. As a trusted companion in animal-assisted therapy, she creates a calming presence for clients, especially those who find connection easier with animals. Known for her warmth and occasional seasonal costumes, Eloise brings a touch of joy and relief to the therapeutic process, helping clients feel grounded and open to healing.
