About Me

Curious, Disciplined, Willing, & Kind

My journey into healing work began with my own deep desire to understand the connection between body, mind, and spirit. My initiation happened when my oldest brother was diagnosed with cancer. This was a wakeup call to healing in unique and different ways. Through personal exploration and formal training, I discovered the power of herbal medicine, somatic awareness, and energy work in fostering profound healing and balance. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in supporting women through life’s transitions, whether that be navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or simply reconnecting with their inner wisdom.

My approach is both intuitive and structured—I believe in honoring the body’s innate wisdom while also offering practical, grounded tools for healing. I bring a disciplined yet compassionate energy to my work, helping women create sustainable wellness practices that align with their unique needs.

Today, I offer one-on-one consultations, group workshops, and community spaces where women can feel supported, informed, and empowered in their healing journeys. Whether through herbal remedies, movement practices, or guided self-inquiry, my goal is to help each client cultivate deeper connection, clarity, and vitality.

Personal

Outside of my work, I’m deeply connected to nature, movement, and the rhythms of life. I love early morning yoga, quiet reflection, plant based nutrition and deep conversations. My time is often spent tending to my little one, exploring holistic wellness, loving my husband and creating meaningful community connections. My toddler keeps me grounded in the present moment, and I cherish the balance between structure and flow in my daily life. My work is not just what I do—it’s an extension of how I live, and I’m honored to share this path with others.
