Rediscover balance with this integrative package combining yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurvedic principles tailored to your unique dosha.
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word which means “science of life”. “Ayur” means life and “Veda” means science or knowledge. Begin your Ayurvedic journey with understanding your individual constitution that you were born with according to three essential and vital energies or doshas-vata, pitta, and kapha. Each dosha is a combination of two elements, one of which predominates over the other. Pitta is primarily the fire element, with water as the secondary element. Vata is a combination of the air and ether elements, with air predominating. Kapha is a combination of the water and earth elements, with water as the primary element. These doshas determine the power of your health and direct the way you respond to the world around you. The constitutions will work together to produce strong, healthy tissues and good faculties of digestion, absorption and elimination. When the doshas are in balance, the mind and body will be in coherence, producing emotional stability and good mental aptitudes.

This package includes an intake Dosha quiz and assessment that gives a snapshot of your essence, who you and what your needs are to help balance your specific constitution for mind, body and spirit alignment. Together, we will look at your Doshic imbalances and see how we can tailor specific yoga and pranayama practices as well as implementing basic dietary adjustments as needed. We will also work on applying best daily morning routine practices to help structure, balance your energy and ground you for your day based on your specific Dosha. A daily Dosha journal will be provided to keep log and track of your routines and the effects it has on your unique constitution. Sessions will include yoga and pranayama practices with hands on alignment for correcting postures adapted to your biomechanical needs as well as reviewing your daily Dosha journal to support inquiries and concerns. This is a great package for guidance on post psychedelic experiences and how best to integrate the lessons and insights into your daily lifestyle that focuses on aligning the mind, body and spirit for overall optimal health. Sessions will be in-person either at the office or outdoors in nature. Outdoor session is weather dependent and will be decided on before sessions take place. Expect sessions to last between 1-1.5 hr. Text and email support provided in between sessions to encourage carryover and implementation of practices and techniques.
