That said, Selva offers superbills for most portions of your KAP experience. Each clinician involved in your journey—psychiatric provider, therapist, or integration facilitator—will provide a detailed superbill that includes CPT codes, session details, and diagnosis codes (when appropriate). You can submit these to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.

Most of our clients find that once they’ve met their deductible, they’re able to get a significant portion of their journey reimbursed, making KAP a more financially accessible experience. During the intake process, we’ll also provide the codes we plan to use so you can speak with your insurance ahead of time and understand your benefits.

The ranges reflect the customization of your treatment plan, based on the route of administration (oral, intramuscular, or intravenous) and the clinical support you choose to include.

For example, oral ketamine sessions tend to be lower cost, while IM or IV sessions involve additional medical administration and monitoring, which increases the investment. Similarly, if you opt for a more ceremonial experience with enhanced support (such as somatic work, spiritual guidance, or extended integration), that will be reflected in your plan.

A combination series blends elements of both medical and ceremonial models to give you a fully personalized healing experience. In a combination sit, you can choose to have just the NP present for the medicine session, or both the NP and your facilitator holding space together, depending on your goals and preferences. Some clients prefer to receive the medicine clinically and connect with their facilitator only before and after; others feel most supported with both present during the session itself.

Uniquely, our psychiatric nurse practitioner is also able to provide IM and IV administration in your home for clients who meet safety criteria and prefer to journey in their own space.
