Medication Management
Supportive Psychiatry for Mind-Body Balance
Benefits of Medication Management
Psychiatric medication management can help you feel more stable, clear, and grounded as you move through your healing process. For many people, symptoms like anxiety, depression, mood swings, or panic become so overwhelming that it’s hard to think clearly, function day-to-day, or make progress in therapy. Medication management offers a supportive path toward relief so you can feel more like yourself again.
With a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you receive thoughtful evaluation, clear explanations, and ongoing guidance to understand whether medication could help regulate your mood, reduce intense symptoms, or create more emotional space for your therapeutic and wellness work. Many clients find that the right medication support can improve sleep, energy, concentration, and overall coping, making it easier to show up for relationships, work, and daily life with more steadiness.
Medication management is not about “fixing” you. It’s about giving your brain and nervous system the support they need so you can heal, grow, and access the tools and insights that therapy provides. With consistent monitoring and open communication, your provider helps you find the dosage and plan that feel effective and empowering-never rushed, never one-size-fits-all, and always aligned with your goals.
What We Treat
Our psychiatric medication management services support a wide range of mental health needs. Whether you’re navigating long-standing symptoms or experiencing something new, our PMHNP team works with you to create a treatment plan that feels guided, informed, and aligned with your whole-person wellbeing.
Our psychiatric medication management services support a wide range of mental health needs. Many people come to us seeking help with anxiety, depression, panic, or ongoing stress that feels hard to manage alone. We also work with clients navigating ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, sleep challenges, and the emotional effects of life transitions. For others, physical and emotional symptoms are intertwined, and medication can offer stability while they work through deeper experiences in therapy. Whether you’re exploring treatment for the first time, returning to care after a break, or hoping to refine a plan that no longer feels effective, our team provides thoughtful, whole-person support to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and capable in your day-to-day life.
Medication management is not about “fixing” you - it’s about reducing the symptoms that stand in the way of your healing, so therapy, lifestyle changes, and your inner work can take root more easily.
Please note, our PMHNPs does not prescribe controlled substances such as stimulants (i.e. Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin) or benzodiazepines (i.e. Xanax, Klonopin).

What clients say
I enrolled in one of their Wellness Packages, and it was the best decision I’ve made for my mental and emotional health. The package offered a beautifully curated blend of therapy, holistic health coaching, and integrative practices that supported me on every level-mind, body, and spirit. The team genuinely tailors each experience to meet you where you are, with a level of personalization I’ve never encountered before.
A special shoutout to Ana, who facilitated my Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions. Her presence was grounding, compassionate, and deeply intuitive. Ana created a space where I felt safe to explore the layers of my subconscious, guiding me with such grace through profound insights and emotional breakthroughs. It wasn’t just therapy-it was soul work.
Working with Emma, the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, was equally transformative. Emma’s holistic approach to medication management was refreshing. She doesn’t just prescribe; she listens, collaborates, and truly partners with you to find the best path forward. I felt seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions
Both can diagnose and prescribe medications. PMHNPs have a nursing background with advanced mental health training and often emphasize a whole-person, trauma-informed, and relational approach. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who often focus more heavily on diagnosis and pharmacology.
The initial session focuses on understanding the client's history, symptoms, goals, medical background, past medication experiences, and lifestyle factors. Together you and the PMHNP decide whether medication, therapy, or a combination is the best approach.
No. Medication is one possible tool for support. Your PMHNP will discuss options, explain risks and benefits, and respect your autonomy in choosing what feels right for you.
Follow-up appointments are typically every 2-6 weeks when starting or adjusting medication, then may move to every 1-3 months once symptoms stabilize. This timeline is adapted to the client's specific needs.
Medication is highly individualized. Your PMHNP will assess dosage, timing, and biological or environmental factors-and collaborate with you to adjust or switch medications safely until a helpful approach is found.
