What the Experience Includes

A quarterly community offering for deeper healing, connection, and accessible psychedelic care.

Our quarterly Co-Ed Group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Sit is designed to offer an accessible, community-centered way to experience the healing potential of ketamine in a safe, guided, and trauma-informed setting. Whether you’re curious about KAP and want to try it for the first time, or you’ve experienced psychedelic therapy before and feel called to return to the community, this group sit creates a unique space for healing that’s both personal and deeply collective.

At Selva Wellness Collective, we believe that transformation can happen through connection-through witnessing, being witnessed, and sharing space with others who are also on a healing path. Our group sits offer the same clinical and therapeutic support as our one-on-one KAP work, but with the added benefit of community, shared intention, and collective regulation.

Why Group KAP?

Research continues to show that ketamine can support healing in powerful ways-reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic stress, and many forms of emotional pain. In group settings, these benefits often deepen due to:

Collective resonance

Healing in a group creates a field of shared presence that can help the nervous system feel more held and less alone.

Community connection

Knowing that others are journeying beside you increases feelings of belonging, safety, and support.

Expanded insight

Group integration allows you to learn from others' reflections, metaphors, and breakthroughs-sometimes mirroring what you didn't yet have words for.

Research-backed outcomes

Studies show that group psychedelic therapy increases emotional resilience, decreases isolation, and fosters long-lasting change-especially for depression, trauma, and existential distress.

Accessibility

Group sits make ketamine-assisted psychotherapy more affordable without sacrificing quality, safety, or depth.

Who This Group Is For

This co-ed offering welcomes all genders and gender expressions, and is ideal for those who:

Are curious about ketamine-assisted therapy and want a safe, guided first experience

Want a more affordable entry point into psychedelic care

Thrive in environments that value community, shared intention, and ritual

Are working through anxiety, burnout, depression, grief, trauma, or life transitions

You do not need experience with psychedelics to join. Everything is guided, grounded, and supported by trained KAP clinicians.

What the Experience Includes

Your group KAP sit will include:

A quiet, sacred, community space where you’ll journey individually but not alone

Why We Offer Quarterly Group Sits

We host these gatherings four times a year to:

Make KAP more financially accessible

Create consistent opportunities for connection and community healing

Offer an entry point for people who want to explore psychedelic work without committing to a full series

Build a community of individuals doing meaningful inner work in Austin

Quarterly sits also allow participants to return seasonally, creating a rhythm of reflection, release, and renewal throughout the year.
