Diana is passionate about creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, inclusive, and judgment-free—a space where you can show up exactly as you are. She believes healing happens at your own pace and is here to walk alongside you on that journey. Diana is committed to anti-racism, anti-ableism, and lifelong learning, and she honors the lived experiences and identities of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodiverse communities.

Before becoming a therapist, Diana’s path was anything but traditional—and that’s part of what makes her so grounded and relatable. She spent many years as a Career Counselor in the college setting, then made a big shift and became a Licensed Massage Therapist and instructor. During that time, she also served as a Client Coordinator at a group practice specializing in complex trauma. Her natural presence and insight were so impactful that colleagues encouraged her to become a therapist herself—and so she did.

Today, Diana is EMDR-trained, IFS-informed (think Inside Out for grown-ups), and a Certified Grief Professional. She brings lived experience with substance use and over a decade of sobriety into her work, supporting others in recovery with deep empathy. Her sessions often incorporate mindfulness and grounding practices—you can expect a breathing exercise or two!

Diana works with adults of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, and spiritual backgrounds. She’s known for her gentle humor and warm, sunny presence—especially in those moments when life feels dark.

Diana and her Jack Russel Terrier Jack

Personal

Diana enjoys hanging out at home with her spouse and dog, Jack. Jack is a 14+ year old Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix who has old man energy. Diana and her spouse enjoy taking drives within a 200 mile radius and checking out the downtown area, looking for a Veteran’s Memorial and then finding a cool place to eat. Usually, they look at the Texas Bucket List website and find the place to eat first, then venture out that way!

Diana comes from a big family and has a bunch of nephews and nieces that she talks to often. She has a bonus-kid and grandkid that live in TN. Diana’s spouse has a big family in Houston and they visit often as well.
