What is it?
In the body, soma is related to the pineal gland, serotonin, and feelings of bliss. “SE” (somatic experiencing) resolves symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps us release, recover, and become more resilient. The large majority of people worldwide have traumatic experiences in their lifetime, which can have major impacts on their health and well-being. Rates of trauma exposure are estimated to be anywhere from 60-100% in the general population.” When restored, the body or soma is able to experience baseline levels of peace, bliss and joy, our natural birthright and resilience to human potentiality.
Emotional freedom techniques (EFT) or also known as “tapping” is a technique that stimulates acupressure points through pressing, tapping or rubbing while focusing on a negatively charged emotion, thought or issue. As a result of this intuitively guided technique, one can reduce anxiety, stress, trauma, or other negative belief patterns by reprogramming them with self-affirming statements and beliefs.
What’s included?
This package focuses on emotional issues that may arise post psychedelic experiences but also targets resetting your nervous system whether related to a recent or past emotional issue, trauma or trigger. Core beliefs, patterns and childhood wounds are addressed and worked on through a technique at practitioner’s discretion whether through EFT, somatic experiencing or both. Session includes energetic alignment and attunement to the highest self using Biomat and Healy devices for grounding the energy and reprogramming new beliefs. Healy device programs use individualized microcurrent frequency programs to support wellbeing through harmonization of the Bioenergetic Field using Tesla coil technology. Biomat is a far infrared mat using Amethyst crystals to conduct heat and has many physical and holistic health benefits. An intake questionnaire is provided to address emotional issues which may be offered in consecutive sessions as various issues change and arise. Sessions are offered in-person lasting between 1-1.5 hr.
