EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique)

We might also incorporate advanced tools like the Healy (a wearable frequency device), Biomat (a warming mat using infrared and crystals), and PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy) to help your body deeply rest, regulate, and restore its natural healing rhythms.
